B7H6（B7 homolog 6）是一种免疫调节分子，属于B7家族。它主要在肿瘤细胞表面表达，并且与杀伤细胞免疫球蛋白样受体（KIR3DL2）结合，参与调节肿瘤免疫应答。B7H6与KIR3DL2结合，通过激活肿瘤细胞内的NF-kB信号通路，促进抗肿瘤免疫反应的启动和调节。这个过程对于肿瘤细胞的免疫监视和杀伤具有重要作用。
