靶点介绍

癌胚抗原相关细胞黏附分子5(CEACAM5,又称CD66e或CEA)是免疫球蛋白超家族成员,为一种糖基化磷脂酰肌醇(GPI)锚定膜蛋白,其分子结构包含多个免疫球蛋白样结构域(如N端IgV样结构域及6个IgC2样结构域),可通过同源或异源相互作用介导细胞黏附。CEACAM5在正常成人组织中限制性表达于肠道、胃、胆管及宫颈的上皮细胞顶膜,但在多种癌组织(如结直肠癌、胃癌、非小细胞肺癌、乳腺癌)中显著过表达且极性丧失,其机制涉及抑制细胞分化、增强肿瘤细胞增殖、侵袭及免疫逃逸(通过调控T细胞功能)。

本品为CHO-S-human CEACAM5过表达细胞,Tusamitamab可有效结合。
