TL1A（TNF superfamily member 15）是一种细胞因子，属于肿瘤坏死因子（TNF）超家族。TL1A基因位于人的9号染色体上，包含4个外显子和3个内含子。其编码的蛋白质包含438个氨基酸，分子量约为55kDa。TL1A在免疫系统中主要表达在髓样细胞和DC细胞上，如巨噬细胞、单核细胞和树突状细胞。它通过与其受体DR3（death receptor 3）结合来发挥其生物学作用。DR3属于TNF受体家族，其配体为TL1A。当TL1A与DR3结合后，可以激活多种信号通路，如NF-kB、MAPK和JNK等，从而诱导多种细胞因子的产生和细胞凋亡。
