LRRC15（Leucine-rich Repeat-containing Protein 15）是一种富含Leu的重复序列（LRR）蛋白，LRRC15具有20个LRR重复序列，这些重复序列形成了一个凹形的表面，可以与配体结合。LRRC15的LRR重复序列可以与多种蛋白质相互作用，从而发挥不同的功能。例如，LRRC15可以通过与Toll样受体（TLR）家族成员相互作用，参与免疫应答。此外，LRRC15还可以与细胞表面受体（如整合素）相互作用，调节细胞粘附和迁移。
