癌胚抗原相关细胞黏附分子5（CEACAM5，又称CD66e或CEA）是免疫球蛋白超家族成员，为一种糖基化磷脂酰肌醇（GPI）锚定膜蛋白，其分子结构包含多个免疫球蛋白样结构域（如N端IgV样结构域及6个IgC2样结构域），可通过同源或异源相互作用介导细胞黏附。CEACAM5在正常成人组织中限制性表达于肠道、胃、胆管及宫颈的上皮细胞顶膜，但在多种癌组织（如结直肠癌、胃癌、非小细胞肺癌、乳腺癌）中显著过表达且极性丧失，其机制涉及抑制细胞分化、增强肿瘤细胞增殖、侵袭及免疫逃逸（通过调控T细胞功能）

本品为靶向CEACAM的内吞抗体Tusamitamab。

图示说明：取2μg/mL Human CEACAM5 (35-685)-His蛋白，4℃过夜包被ELISA酶标板，100μL/孔，梯度稀释Anti-Human CEACAM5(Tusamitamab)抗体（起始浓度10μg/mL，3倍梯度稀释7个点），检测蛋白活性。
