FolR1（也称为FOLR1或folate receptor alpha）是一种细胞表面受体，在许多肿瘤中过表达，包括乳腺癌、卵巢癌、肺癌和子宫内膜癌等。FolR1在肿瘤细胞中的过表达促进了肿瘤细胞的生长和存活。叶酸是DNA合成和细胞代谢的关键物质，肿瘤细胞需要大量的叶酸来支持其快速增殖和恶性转化。FolR1通过转运叶酸进入肿瘤细胞，满足了其高代谢需求，从而促进了肿瘤细胞的生长和存活。

本品为靶向FolR1的Farletuzumab的重组抗体。
