CLDN18.2（也称为Claudin-18.2或OLA18）是一种紧密连接蛋白，在胃上皮细胞中表达，并在多种肿瘤中过表达，包括胃癌、食管癌、胰腺癌和肺癌等。CLDN18.2在细胞间紧密连接中发挥重要作用，参与维持细胞间的通透性。在肿瘤中，CLDN18.2的过表达可能导致细胞间通透性的改变，从而促进肿瘤的侵袭和转移。CLDN18.2还与细胞内信号通路有关。其过表达可能导致信号通路异常激活，包括PI3K/Akt、Ras/MAPK等，从而促进肿瘤细胞的增殖、存活和迁移。
