GPC3（也称为glypican-3）是一种硫酸乙酰肝素蛋白多糖，在多种肿瘤中过表达，包括肝癌、肺癌、卵巢癌和胰腺癌等。GPC3通过与Wnt配体结合，调节Wnt信号通路。Wnt信号通路的异常激活导致细胞增殖和肿瘤形成。GPC3过表达促进Wnt信号通路的激活，从而促进肿瘤细胞的增殖和存活。GPC3过表达还与细胞表面受体酪氨酸激酶（RTK）的激活有关。RTK的激活触发下游信号通路，包括PI3K/Akt和Ras/MAPK等，从而促进肿瘤细胞的增殖、存活和迁移。
