IL1A（也称为IL-1α）是一种细胞因子，在炎症、应激和免疫反应中发挥重要作用。IL1A在细胞质中以非活性形式存在，当细胞受到炎症、损伤或微生物感染等刺激时，IL1A被切割并释放到细胞外。这种释放是通过半胱氨酸蛋白酶（如 caspase-1）的活化实现的。释放到细胞外的IL1A与IL1受体（IL1R）结合，触发下游信号转导，包括 NF-κB、MAPK和PI3K等通路的激活。这些信号通路的激活导致炎症反应的增强、细胞增殖和存活等效应。IL1A还通过诱导其他细胞因子的释放和上调黏附分子的表达来促进炎症反应和组织损伤。
