IL-13Rα2是一种分子量大约为56kDa的糖基化蛋白，人IL-13Rα2包括一个具有26个氨基酸信号序列和一个具有17个氨基酸的胞内区^[1]，已经证实IL-13Rα2在老鼠的脾脏、脑和人的肝、肺、胸腺等多种组织中均有表达^[2-4]。最近的研究表明，IL-13Rα2作为IL-13的高亲和力受体，在恶性脑胶质瘤中高表达，与肿瘤不良预后有关，可作为治疗该病的潜在靶点^[5]。本品可用于IL-13Rα2过表达细胞株的流式检测。
